Keynote Sophie Pierre (Kootenay, Ktunaxa) is a former chief of ʔAq̓am, St. Mary’s Indian Band and former Chief Commissioner of the British Columbia Treaty Commission. She is a highly accomplished Indigenous leader, distinguished for her commitment to First Nations’ economic development.

Long-time supporter of the clean energy sector and Official Leader of the Green Party, Dr. Andrew Weaver MLA, will highlight the integral role that renewable energy will continue to play in the future of British Columbia in order to reach our climate targets.
